K.U Cleaning understand that every project is different but they all leave a lot of dust behind.
Our team understands that you have invested so much time, money and effort in your remodeling or building your new office space and we are certain that you will want your final presentation to be clean and beautiful.
We try our best to accommodate the needs of our client accordingly. We can also provide final cleaning for inspection or touch up cleaning.
In our construction cleaning we offer (but not limited to):

• Cleaning of cabinets and drawers inside out
• Cleaning of all countertops, sinks and fixtures polished
• Cleaning bathtubs, shower stalls, toilets, and shower doors
• Stained woodwork will be wiped down with polish after cleaning
• Cleaning of fireplaces / chimneys
• All floor cleaned
• Mirror and glass cleaned and polished
• Appliances removed of coverings (if any), dusted and wiped
• Vacuuming of carpeted areas
• Removal of all carpet and pad remnants
• Scrape, sweep and hose off stairs, landings, walks, decks, patios, and garage floors
• Complete thorough dusting of the entire interior
• Interior trash and debris can be hauled off, if required
• Washing of all windows, interior and exterior, and cleaning of all air duct tracts
